Shipping? 

We ship all items with USPS within 7 days of ordering (not including pre-orders and customs). We are not responsible for packages once they are dropped off at a USPS location for shipment. If you have any issues with USPS, please contact them to try to resolve the issue. 

*Please note that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, USPS has added longer shipping periods for their packages (they have allowed for an extra 1-2 days for packages to be received). Please head to the USPS website for more information.

Returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have an issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and we can work towards a resolution together.

How to care for polymer clay earrings?

Store your jewelry hanging up or laying flat when possible. Polymer clay is flexible but please do not purposely bend or test its limits. Do your best to keep your earrings away from water, intense heat, and cosmetic products. If the clay becomes dirty you can clean your earrings with a cleansing wipe or rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip. If the brass pieces become tarnished, polish with a soft towel and/or any metal polish. 

Polymer clay is extremely durable and I take lots of steps to make these earrings last a lifetime! Treat them right and they will be with you forever.
